This brings the total build to 1,070 of the planned 1,900 properties at Norwood Farm, near the village of Harpole.
The 233 additional homes will be built across a mix of tenures, with 83 affordable homes, 80 PRS properties and 70 open market homes.
In addition, Vistry has secured its first contract with Zen Housing, a provider of high-quality affordable homes, which will own and manage 18 affordable properties.

The £9m earmarked for local service improvement includes a new primary school, tree planting, public footpaths, contributions towards a local centre, play facilities, a library and highway improvements.
Phase one of this scheme to build an initial 439 properties is currently under way, with several homes already occupied.
